Safe Space Psychotherapy provides in-person and online counselling and psychotherapy services for clients across Ontario and Alberta. Virtual sessions allow individuals, children, and families to access professional mental health support from the comfort of their home, regardless of location.

I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in finding balance, building emotional awareness, and cultivating a greater sense of well-being in their everyday lives. I bring a genuine, open, and compassionate approach to my work, creating a safe and nurturing client–therapist relationship that supports meaningful and positive outcomes.

I work at your pace and honour your readiness for change, helping you explore your strengths, increase emotional flexibility, and develop tools that support long-term resilience. Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and English, I offer culturally responsive support shaped by my lived experience in Ontario and my current life in Alberta, allowing me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds with understanding and care.

Who I Help

I provide online counselling services in Ontario and Alberta for individuals, couples, families, and groups who are seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health support. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and life stages, meeting you where you are and supporting you at your own pace.

Adult

I support adults navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, low self-esteem, and personal growth. Through individual counselling, clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Family Counselling

I provide family counselling to help families improve communication, navigate change, and strengthen relationships. Whether addressing parenting challenges, conflict, or emotional stress within the family system, sessions focus on understanding each person’s role and supporting healthier dynamics.

WSIB & Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Counselling

I support clients recovering from work-related injuries (WSIB) and motor vehicle accidents (MVA), including the emotional impact of trauma, pain, stress, and life disruption. Counselling focuses on coping strategies, nervous system regulation, confidence-building, and restoring a sense of safety while supporting your recovery and overall wellbeing.

Refugees & Newcomers

I offer culturally sensitive counselling for refugees and newcomers, supporting individuals and families as they navigate trauma, resettlement stress, identity changes, and emotional adjustment. My approach is compassionate, inclusive, and grounded in trauma-informed care.

Anger Management & Addictions Support

I have experience facilitating anger management counselling and addictions support groups, helping individuals understand emotional triggers, develop self-regulation skills, and build healthier coping strategies. Support focuses on awareness, accountability, and sustainable change.

Teens and Young Adults Counselling

I support young adults and teens dealing with school or work stress, behavioural concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism.
